Responsibilities:
Fundraising Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to attract potential investors and expand the fund's investor base in the United States.
Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high net worth individuals in the US market. Act as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective investors, addressing their inquiries and providing timely updates on fund performance and investment opportunities.
Market Research: Stay updated with the latest market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory changes in the US fundraising landscape. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investors and develop targeted fundraising campaigns.
Pitching and Presentations: Prepare compelling investment presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials to effectively communicate the fund's investment strategy, track record, and value proposition to prospective investors. Deliver presentations to potential investors and participate in investor meetings and roadshows.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
5+ years of track record of successfully raising funds for private equity, venture capital, or alternative investment funds, with a focus on USD fundraising.
Deep understanding of the US institutional investor landscape and strong existing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Knowledge of private equity and venture capital industry practices, including fund structures, fee arrangements, and legal and regulatory requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including investment professionals, legal counsel, and compliance officers.
Fluency in English is required, proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
