We are currently looking for a Business Development professional to join a UK Headquartered quant hedge fund that is expanding its business in China, in acquiring its WFOE PFM license. This is a permanent position based in Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients and exchanges
- Work closely with the research team to identify new opportunities and develop new products
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies for institutional clients
- Provide feedback to the senior management team on the market and potential opportunities
- Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity
Skills:
- At least 3 years of experience in institutional sales or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of quant derivatives is preferred
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
