The Trust Administration Team Leader ("Team Leader") is a Senior Trust professional who is responsible for leading and managing a Trust Administration Team comprising of 9 or more Trust and Service Officers.
Within the Trust Company, the Team Leader is also responsible for all functions, risk management, people management and profitability of a region. This will include up to 1000 trusts and companies and serve approximately 350 - 500 clients. A Trust Administration Team works with an integrated team comprising of Processing, Client Reporting, Document Management, Fee Billing, and New Business team members.
The Team Leader is expected to meet the goals of the team and contribute towards delivering a top service quality to clients. In addition, a Team Leader is expected to provide administrative, technical, product and client related support to Private Bankers and clients of the Private Bank.
