The Responsibilities Include:
- Handle the administration of various type of trust structures and support Trust Managers
- Assist with and carrying out the trust on-boarding / administration
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders while
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures and regulations
- Assist and co-ordinate with FATCA and CRS filing
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in accounting, law or equivalent
- Preferred STEP Diploma qualified
- 3-5 years' experience in private trust, audit, legal, accounting or tax industry
- Familiarity with local trust laws and regulations, and standard AML policies and requirements set by Financial Institutions
- Spoken Mandarin is of advantage
