Responsibilities:
- Support trade support team by handling trade booking, processing and reconciliation
- Monitor daily trade confirmations across multiple investment products
- Provide timely & accurate service to both internal and external clients
- To investigate discrepancies/ trade breaks that arise from reconciliation process
- Review procedures continuously and identify opportunities to streamline processes, drive efficiency and improve control
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- 5-8 years of Trade Support experience
- Knowledge of the front to back Operations process
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work as a team player, and meet individual timeliness
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly excel & VBA
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
