My Client is currently expanding their office in Luxembourg; as a Client Services Specialist with us, you'll play a pivotal role in our dedicated client portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Retaining and expanding client relationships with a focus on service excellence.
- Serving as the go-to person for escalated service issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Leading an experienced Client Service team to engage proactively with customers.
- Identifying service enhancement opportunities and addressing complex inquiries.
- Conducting comprehensive client reviews to provide timely and relevant insights.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive service improvements.
- Contributing to the achievement of our departmental and organisational goals.

Globally recognised, our STEF & Natural Resources department leads in arranging Structured Trade & Export Finance, setting industry standards in the EMEA region and beyond.
Your Role:
- Manage end-to-end deal execution post-Handover from Front Office.
- Ensure accurate deal data capture and risk mitigation measures.
- Oversee Payment Gold Standards, Transaction Monitoring, and Sanction compliance.
- Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
- Coordinate across internal teams including Structuring & Sales, Project Finance, and more.
- Provide essential reporting, both internally and externally.
- Contribute your expertise to strategic projects, serving as a subject matter expert.
Your Qualifications:
- Extensive background in banking, finance, or risk functions.
- In-depth knowledge of structured Export Finance.
- Proficiency in Project and Team Management.
- Familiarity with MS-Office tools.
- Proactive approach, adept at working independently and within teams.
- Strong organisation skills, thriving in deadline-driven environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Additional proficiency in German & Dutch is advantageous.
- Enthusiasm for dynamic, international, and diverse work settings.
