Title: Analyst or Associate (Technology)
Location: New York, NY
Our client, a middle market investment bank is looking for an Analyst or Associate to join their growing Technology group in New York City. This position will offer exposure to notable Technology M&A transactions.
The role will involve the following:
- Preparing and delivering presentation materials
- Performing extensive valuation, due-diligence, and pricing analysis
- Interfacing with clients
- Playing a key role in all aspects of the transaction process - primarily in Technology M&A execution
- Working closely with senior leadership
Requirements:
- Prior Analyst or Associate level experience with another investment bank
- Sell-side M&A experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skill set
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Math, or Economics
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, Word, & Powerpoint
