Global High Frequency Trading Firm is seeking an Operations Analyst in Chicago to oversee operational processes related to technical change management, exchange interactions, and new trading initiatives.
Scope of Work:
- Prioritize front office technology deployments
- Oversee all aspects of external execution venue session processes and external risk limits
- Maintain a roadmap for exchange upgrades/migrations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Project Management onboarding new exchanges or venues
- Work with cross-functional teams to establish best practices
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in industry operational roles
- Proficiency in exchange protocols and session types
- Strong knowledge of exchange intricacies, exchange protocols, and session types
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently
