Client & Role summary: My client is one of the oldest private banking organizations in Germany. They are looking for a senior figure with Regulatory reporting experience to lead their team of 6 people in their Hamburg branch.
Your responsibilities:
-Supervision and advancement of a team of up to six staff members
-Accountability for regulatory filings (including ยง26 MiFIR) and AWV filings
-Continuous enhancement of reporting and settlement procedures
-Identification and implementation of novel regulatory prerequisites
-Project management and ensuring prompt execution
Your qualifications:
-Extensive experience in reporting regulatory transactions in the securities industry to various regulatory bodies (FCA, BaFin, FINMA, etc.)
-Proficient knowledge of products related to equity, derivatives, and bond markets
-Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end processes in global securities trading
-Excellent written and verbal command of German and English, other languages are plus
-Analytical and strategic thinking, proactive and assertive approach
-Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
