Role and Responsibilities: As the Director of Structured Products Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Swiss institutional market. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders within Swiss institutional clients, such as asset managers, pension funds, and insurance companies
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, actively engaging with potential clients to promote our suite of structured products.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including product specialists, traders, and risk analysts, to design and deliver bespoke structured solutions that align with client's investment objectives and risk profiles.
- Staying abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to offer informed advice and stay ahead of the competition.
- Meeting revenue targets, contributing to the growth of the structured products sales division, and positively impacting the overall success of the firm.
Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous.
- Significant experience in structured products sales, ideally within the Swiss financial markets, with a proven track record of building and managing client relationships.
- Comprehensive knowledge of structured products, including derivatives, fixed income, and equity-linked instruments, as well as an understanding of risk management strategies.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively to clients.
- Previous experience leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals is highly desirable.
