My team is currently working with an asset manager with over $25bn in AUM that is looking to add a VP to the team that has extensive experience with structured products/CLO. This individual will be playing an integral part in their New York office.
Responsibilities:
- Lead in structuring, negotiation, and documentation of financial transactions, including CLO's.
- Assists in handling of internal borrowing transactions, internal/external credit facilities.
- Lead internal reporting.
- Research and develop new product ideas.
- Communicate complex ideas to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Require, MBA Preferred
- Proven Track Record
- Exceptional communication skills
- Targeting 3-5 years of experience
