An event driven hedge fund in New York is looking to bring on an investment analyst. This firm primarily invests in stressed and distressed credit. This is a chance to join a small and successfull group of investors who have an established track record. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience at a special situations or distressed investing fund.
Requirements:
- Excellent academic background
- 2-4 years of investment banking or restructuring experience paired with 3-6 years of investing experience (ideally distressed or special situations)
- Proven track record of successful idea generation
- Excellent financial modeling and technical skills
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, extensive network etc.
