- Manage and maintain existing relationships within your assigned book of business.
- Upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Maximize potential within existing relationships, consistently identifying new sales opportunities.
- Meet assigned annual sales quotas
- Identify and generate new leads within existing accounts
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
- "Own" the accounts internally
- Keeping a record of territorial market trends and requirements and sharing the insights with the product teams
- Working closely with the Marketing and New Business Sales team to help with campaigns and events throughout the year
- 8+ years in account management selling either OMS, EMS or PMS technology solutions.
- Strong cross-asset trading lifecycle knowledge from a software vendor.
- Strong, proven sales track record selling directly to senior business leads - Sales, Trading, COO and/or CTO
- Ability to work in an adaptable culture where responsibilities can be very diverse at times
- Strong negotiation skills
