As Senior Accountant, Regulatory Reporting Officer, you will:
*Manage financial accounts, monitor & reconciliate transfer pricing and other allocations
*Prepare statutory financial statements and report directly to CFO, Bundesbank and BaFin
*Work closely with the Global finance team to ensure US GAAP & local GAAP ledgers correct
*Coordinate sign off of financial & regulatory reports, procedures of annual business strategy and quarterly reforecasting
*Control and transmission of the reports for GroMiKV, FinaRisikoV, LiqV, COREP, Foreign Trade and Payment Statistics (AWV) etc.
*Advise and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
*Direct contact with the supervisory authorities

As Senior Accountant, Regulatory Reporting Officer, you should have:
*Experienced in bank accounting, qualified accountant
*Knowledge of German Regulatory landscape, HGB German Commercial code, RechKredV and KWG
*Experience of requirements forKWG-securities trading bank, CRR-investment firm, Bundesbank and BaFin
*Fluent in both German and English
