Your tasks:
- In cooperation with the board you identify and develop development projects and strategies
- You use your in-depth knowledge of the market and your network with various market participants to uncover development opportunities and make them usable
- You are responsible for the transaction management from the property search, the implementation of the full due diligence, the management of the purchase negotiations in cooperation with the management, as well as the securing of the financing up to the conclusion of all contracts
- You prepare decision and investment templates and create analyses and cash flows to check the profitability and feasibility of the projects
- Regular reporting on the feasibility of projects and the creation of forecasts of investment expenditure for ongoing and planned projects also belongs to your area of responsibility
- The monitoring of the market, the development of exit strategies and their implementation round off your area of responsibility
Your profile:
- Excellent network with all relevant participants, as well as excellent market knowledge to create new development opportunities
- At least 10+ years of experience in the development of commercial real estate, ideally from the idea / initiative to completion and a related "track record"
- You are a team player, you like to bring your entrepreneurial spirit proactively, you have a stable and strong personality, which you can convey in presentations
- It is your passion to achieve the best business for our customers and clients
- You communicate confidently in German and English, ideally you also speak another language
