We are currently leading a search for a Senior Manager of Strategy Analytics that will be sitting within a Credit Risk department and managing a team of a dozen junior analysts in a 2 year analytics rotational program. This individual will drive the analytics and strategy for the organization's portfolio of origination. A successful candidate will have the ability to design and drive the strategic roadmap for large scale actional insights and work closely with senior leadership. This group is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and validating credit underwriting, pricing, loss forecasting and consumer activities. A financial/credit risk background is not required, qualified candidates will have a strong analytics background (ideally in the retail sector) with experience not only developing reports, but also providing actionable analyses and recommendations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in an analytical or strategic role with experience managing an analytical team.
- Degree in analytical and mathematical field. Advance degree is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of associate including own team up through senior executives.
- Ability to convert high-level business objectives into concrete analysis tasks and lead teams to execute systematically.
