As Senior Legal & Compliance Officer, you will:
*Manage and own the Compliance input to NBPRAs by collaborating with Compliance colleagues across the Bank and be the point contact towards the NBPRA owner
*Be a subject matter expert in applicable banking regulations (CRD IV/CRR, KWG,MaRisk, MiFID II/MiFIR, WpHG, MaComp, UCITS V, AIFMD, KAGB, etc.) when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
*Analyze New Business Product Review Approvals (NBPRAs) and assess them from a Compliance point of view
*Support the regulatory change process, manage the regulatory inventory, on-site inspections and audits by competent authorities and the statutory auditor
As Senior Legal & Compliance Officer, you should have:
*Degree in Economics, Finance, Law, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
*Professional experience in Compliance and/or Depositary and Custody business
*Knowledge of relevant local and regional regulations (CRD IV/CRR, KWG,MaRisk, MiFID II/MiFIR, WpHG, MaComp, UCITS V, AIFMD, KAGB, etc.)
*Fluent in both German and English
