Title: Senior Investment Banking Analyst
Company Summary: A leading middle-market investment banking firm that deals exclusively with middle market companies is looking to add a Senior Investment Banking Analyst to their rapidly-growing team. The firm is looking for driven individuals with a collaborative mindset that are looking to be a part of a growing firm. The firm is very sector-agnostic and is looking to add an individual who is looking to cross-industry experience.
The Senior Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:
- Calculating Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) for the valuation of merger & acquisition targets
- Leading the development of financial models for revenue and income forecasts, cash flow analysis, balance sheet, and quarterly projections for client engagements.
- Participating in the execution of sell-side M&A transactions.
- Prepare pitch books and live deal materials, including offering memoranda, confidential information memoranda, management presentations, lender presentations, and prospectuses.
The Senior Investment Banking Analyst must have the following qualifications:
- At least one year of experience at a reputable Investment Banking firm with demonstrable sell-side or buy-side M&A experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Series 63 and 79 certifications.
- Superb financial modeling skills
