Our client thrives to continue becoming one of the major players in the ManCo industry in Luxembourg.
The Candidate
- At least 6-7 years of experience in Compliance
- Strong background in AML and Regulatory Compliance
- Exceptional knowledge of the investment funds industry in Luxembourg
- Great understanding of AIFM and UCITS
- Strong knowledge of the Luxembourgish and European financial market rules and regulations
- Motivated, self-driven, and an ambitious individual
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English and German
The Role
- Act as the appointed DPO
- Lead the compliance department and collaborate closely with the management team
- Manage, plan, design, lead and execute compliance-related projects
- Process regulatory requests & inquiries
- Identify & analyze compliance risks
- Process of authorities' requests
- Design and implement compliance monitoring plan
