- Manage and maintain existing relationships within your assigned book of business.
- Upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
- Maximize potential within existing relationships, consistently identifying new sales opportunities.
- Meet assigned annual sales quotas
- Identify and generate new leads within existing accounts
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently
- "Own" the accounts internally
- Keeping a record of territorial market trends and requirements and sharing the insights with the product teams
- Working closely with the Marketing and New Business Sales team to help with campaigns and events throughout the year
- 8+ years experience in Account Management selling trading technology, preferably fixed income focused.
- Strong understanding of the fixed income trading lifecycle.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally to solve problems, create opportunities, and execute creative, winning solutions for the client.
