Working with the technology, services, sales and onboarding teams to determine client needs in order to develop preliminary project plans and proposals relevant to potential clients.
Being a subject matter expert within middle and back office technology, and being able to guide client expectations is preferred. Improving on internal and external processes in order to efficiently reduce costs without sacrificing performance.
Interacting with C-level executives within the asset management, hedge fund and investment banking space on a day to day basis. Conduct product demos with the sales team, as well as helping with RFPs and POCs.
