Regional Account Manager / Sales Relationship Manager - Global IT Solutions Firm
Leading Global Financial Services IT Solutions Firm seeks Regional Account Manager / Sales Relationship manager in Singapore
My client is a leading Global IT/Technology firm that provides financial services solutions for both buy and sell side clients. The role will oversee renewals and upsells for capital market solutions among tier 1 and 2 banks within the region.
The company is looking at exciting areas such as digital payments and digital banking with innovative strategic plans for further growth. They are looking for experienced sales managers / account managers or relationship managers, who are keen to develop their career in a well-established and growing firm.
Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Regional Account Manager / Sales Relationship Manager:
- Work with the sales team to ensure clients renew existing contracts.
- Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the client and understand the clients' needs including financial expectations and restrictions.
- Achieve the annual sales quota
Requirements for the Regional Account Manager / Sales Relationship Manager:
- At least 6 years of experience in the IT solution sales / financial services sales / payments / digital banking sales
- Experience selling Capital Markets, Securities institution Banking solutions would be a plus
- Established connections with banks within the region highly preferred
