The main responsibility includes:
- Full-cycle participation in deals with overseas exposure;
- Valuation, LBO modelling and analysis for targeted portfoilos;
- Participation in strategic discussions and portfolio value creation
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in the private equity / M&A / buyout coverage
- Deep expertise in the industry and analytical skill with proven track record
