The firm provides financing solutions for technology companies seeking capital for operating, acquisition, expansion, recapitalization or refinancing. They offer solutions across technology sectors, but mainly software. This is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of the firm's fastest growing vertical, which now manages $1.7bn.
The team is seeking an individual with the following qualifications:
- 7+ years of investment banking (technology coverage preferred) or buyside experience (either credit or equity)
- Strong interest in technology/software investing
- Finance related degree with high GPA
