Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a proven track record in supporting high-net-worth clients and Relationship Managers.
- Language Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential. Strong communication skills in both languages to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) are advantageous.
- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies. Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide accurate recommendations.
- Relationship Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proven experience in delivering high-quality client service and managing client expectations.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the private banking industry, including KYC and AML procedures.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess financial information, identify investment opportunities, and mitigate risks. Ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
