Our client is a top multinational financial services institution who is looking for a mid senior compliance advisory to join their asset management business.
Job Description
- Play a critical role in advice and support the asset management business in respect of compliance
- Provide compliance advice to asset management business in China and work closely with other compliance teams
- participate in compliance or business related projects
- Take part in applying to the regulatory for licenses for AM business
- Provide training and support to the China business
Requirement
- Degree or above with major in Law, Finance or related disciplines
- At least 7 years of compliance experience in asset management firm
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiar with SFC regulation
