Position Overview: Life Underwriter Manager
As the Life Underwriter Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's success by leading and guiding our team of talented life underwriters. Requirements:
10+ years of Proven track record of successful underwriting in the life insurance industry, with a deep understanding of risk assessment and policy evaluation.
Previous experience in leading and developing a team of underwriters, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and other stakeholders.
