Your role will focus on using Advance Data Analytics to identify future threats to the customer and the bank. Using NLP to automate large data sets and build reinforcement learning algorithms to identify key risks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive insight on building Machine Learning architecture from scratch and hands on experience in maintaining it.
- Develop and deliver the data strategy and model and continually refine it through experimentation and research.
Work collaboratively with the Innovation desk and Risk team
Understand high level of manual, or inefficient processes.
- Analyse data and models to drive insights that would produce better customer outcomes and deliver them by creating new rulesets/decision processes.
Interacting with stakeholders and have the opportunity to contribute to strategic planning and business decision-making by providing insight, control and thought leadership.
- Enjoy recruiting enthusiastic and junior members.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or other quantitative field is an advantage but not a pre-requisite
- Evidence of ideally five years of individual contribution to challenging ML and/or NLP projects.
Hands on experience with web scraping, NLP, Reinforcement Learning and Python (libraries)
Understands the importance of early and continuous research and can effectively communicate this
Develops new ideas and strategies based on market trends and emerging technology and can articulate these through tangible outputs.
Track record of communicating and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Have a passion for building, bringing to market, and scaling digital products and services in start-ups and/or larger companies
- Experience of leading and managing projects involving diverse (technical and non-technical) stakeholders, including at C-level
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
