Minimum 5 yrs experience from a bank or top boutique in M&A, ideally PUI or renewables background, but not essential.
The role will include all aspects of corporate development, internal M&A. Will be client facing and have to be an excellent stakeholder manager with all levels of employee.
- Minimum 5 yrs experience in PUI/renewables/nat res M&A
- Experience leading transactions
- Leading client negotiations and documentation screening
- Comfortable leading junior analysts
- Comfortable in all aspects of M&A
