M&A Analyst - Global Investment Bank - Amsterdam
Global Investment bank seeks an M&A Analyst to join their growing team working on Mid to Large cap M&A. The bank benefits from a strong European presence and having experienced MD's across numerous sectors, previous deal-flow has been excellent.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Involved in financial modelling, forecasting and analysis of transactions
- Preparation of marketing materials and other documentation for presentations
- Client facing - meetings and events
- Interacting with investors/acquirers on client projects
The Profile:
- Entry level Analyst
- Completed at least one investment banking internship
- Ideally will have deal execution, financial analysis, modelling & valuation skills
- Strong presentation & communication skills
- Strong education background
- English language skills, Dutch beneficial
