Role: Legal Partner, Remote, Europe-Wide
Location: Remote
An innovative, international legal cooperation is looking for a Legal Partner to join its team. Headquartered in Frankfurt with an international cooperation of lawyers worldwide, the firm works on both regional and global levels. Using their own cloud software, the firm's legal experts and Partners are able to work from the location of their choosing and build a work-life balance rarely found within the legal field.
As Legal Partner You Will:
*Provide expert advice to clients on legal questions including negotiations and daily business
*Build relationships with new clients and foster relationships with pre-existing client base
*Work with clients on public takeovers, global joint ventures, cross-border company acquisitions, intellectual property disputes, etc. (dependent on your area of expertise)
*Guide and advise clients on delisiting / squeeze-out, conversions, capital market and corporate government compliance (dependent on your area of expertise)
As Legal Partner You Have:
*Extensive experience in M&A / Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Banking & Finance Law, Tax Law, White Collar Crime, Media & IT Law, or equivalent
*A pre-existing client base
*Qualified Lawyer
*English business fluency (additional languages beneficial)
