Regional Customer Success / Client Servicing Manager - Solution Sales
Leading Global financial services solution provider seeks junior regional customer success / client servicing manager in Singapore.
My client is a leading macro intelligence solutions provider that provides credit risk and fixed income solutions for institutional clients. The role will comprise post-sales client support in the form of client training and onboarding within the region

Key Roles and Responsibilities of the Regional Customer Success / Client Servicing Manager include:
- Providing client training and product demos to existing clients.
- Identifying up-sell or cross-sell opportunities for the sales team.
- Onboard new clients efficiently.
- Maintain client relationships effectively to ensure their continued retention.
- Provide feedback to the product and sales teams to ensure it remains competitive and attractive.
Requirements for the Regional Customer Success / Client Servicing Manager:
- At least 5 years of experience in a client facing role such as relationship management, account management, client success management or client servicing
- Strong understanding of fixed income or credit.
- Demonstrated experience with client relationship building.
- Fluency in multiple languages a plus
