We are currently searching on behalf of one of our key clients; a world leading Asset Manager for an experienced and motivated Investment Portfolio Compliance professional
The Portfolio Compliance function covers all investment guideline related compliance topics providing investment guideline coding and monitoring services to our a range of teams globally.
Additionally, this team supports the Portfolio Compliance function in managing the setup of new funds and asset types into compliance processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
*Addressing queries and providing effective, efficient and proactive high-quality Compliance advise and solutions that respond to both business and regulatory requirements
*Proactively serve and advertise our Investment Professionals and Product Owners on Investment Guideline topics
*Actively participate in company product implementations and fund launches, analyzing their impact on Investment Compliance processes and systems
*Provide feedback and proposing solutions on Guideline Compliance requirements and system capabilities in the aforementioned initiatives
*Organize the implementation of new portfolios or asset types and their related data in compliance systems, considering system requirements
*Support the development of a global Investment Portfolio Compliance function and work in such environment


Key Requirements
*Academic training or equivalent professional training in the area of Finance or IT Thorough knowledge of financial instruments including derivatives (alternative assets is a plus)
*Pleasure and ability to work in a dynamic and international business environment
*Strong self-management skills and discipline - ability to take initiative and get things done under pressure and tight deadlines
*Team player and ability to build positive relationships internally and externally
