Investment Banking MD - Digital Media
We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking MD with a specialization in Digital Media to join a leading middle market investment bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the origination and execution of M&A transactions in the digital media sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the digital media industry
- Lead all aspects of M&A transactions, including deal origination, due diligence and execution
- Work closely with other teams within the bank to ensure successful deal completion
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team
Skills:
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions in the digital media sector
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in investment banking
- Experience working with middle market clients
- Digital Media Book of Business required
