IT Infrastructure and Operations Head - Leading Global Alternative Investment Firm
A leading global alternative investment firm is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure and Operations professional to join the business in Singapore.
The firm is a global alternative investment firm who invests across a diverse range of geographies, asset classes and segments. The role will be responsible for managing the technological transformation of the firm's operating environment for its offices in Asia.
The firm is looking to expand into exciting areas in corporate credit and real estate and is a great opportunity for a technically adept IT professional to further their career in the buyside.
Key Roles and Responsibilities of the IT Infrastructure and Operations Head:
- Responsibility over the customer experience lifestyle including customer support and end user experience.
- Develop and implement policies and tools that will ensure proper implementation.
- Maintain and execute the disaster recovery plan and ensure IT processes are compliant with industry best practices.
Requirements of the IT Infrastructure and Operations Head:
- 10+ years in a leadership function in the IT space such as IT Leader, Head of Network Engineering.
- Strong understanding of architecture and infrastructure
- Exposure to the alternative investment management industry including an understanding of hedge fund and private equity business models.
