IT Support Engineer Responsibilities:
- Working directly with Front and Back office employees to support technology needs
- Lead technical training and Manage project development
- Software management including: Repackaging, Scripting Installations, Deployment
- Continuously implementing the latest innovative technology
- Installation, Configuration, Testing, Maintenance of all Microsoft Operating Systems and Application software
The IT Support Engineer MUST have the following Requirements: (financial experience not required)
- Bachelor's Degree (ideally in Information Technology or related field)
- Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience providing IT support to VIP Clientele
- Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems: [i.e. Office Suite, Active Directory, Exchange, etc.]
- Knowledge of desktop and server hardware: [i.e. IP Networking, Routing, System Security]
- Proficient utilizing PowerShell scripting language
Additional Qualifications are a plus:
- Excellent customer service
- Programming/Scripting language: (Python, Visual Basic, VBscript)
- Experience with SCCM
- Knowledge of the UNIX/Linux environment
- MCP/MCSE/CCNA
