My client, an International Bank with offices in Frankfurt are looking for an Information Security Officer (M/F/D), to join their team. If you are interested please see below;
Role:
- Crafting Security Strategy: Develop a strong plan to keep information secure, aligning it with business goals and setting clear rules.
- Building Security System: Create and manage a system to control and improve information security.
- Analyzing Networks: Study how information flows within the organization, identify what needs protection, and set security standards.
- Managing Risks: Identify and prioritize potential security threats, then take steps to reduce their impact.
- Ensuring Compliance: Make sure the organization follows laws and rules regarding information security.
- Handling Incidents: Quickly respond to and resolve any security breaches to minimize damage.
- Promoting Security Awareness: Teach employees about security measures to ensure they understand and follow the rules.
- Engaging with Stakeholders: Maintain relationships with key people both inside and outside the organization.
- Managing Outsourcing: Help set security requirements when hiring external services.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Keep an eye on how well security measures are working and regularly update management.
- Budget Management: Manage finances for security technology, services, and staff.
- Evaluating Technology: Choose and implement security tools that fit the organization's needs.
Profile:
- 5 years of experience in IT Security or Information Risk Management.
- Education or training related to Financial Services and/or IT.
- Fluent in both English and German spoken and written.
- ISO27001 and knowledge/experience with MaRisk, BAIT and DORA.
- Knowledge of Regulatory/Legal requirements from Germany.
