Responsibilities:
- Leads framework development efforts, specifically those related to updates to the Third Party Management Policy and Standards.
- Leads the creation of governance, methodologies and tools required for the effective oversight of Third Party Management practices across the enterprise.
- Develops the Third Party and inter-affiliate governance model, including establishing Standards risk management expectations.
- Leadership of regulatory exam readiness, acting as key point of contact for regulators and examiners in areas relating to ERM
- Generation of relationships with key stakeholders across the bank, providing advisory on Operational and Enterprise Risk initiatives
- Manage processes and procedures surrounding incident response management and planning.
- Advises and influences senior executives on the development and implementation of wider Third Party Management initiatives that may impact their businesses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree (Required)
- 10+ years of management experience including offshore employees and contractors.
- 10+ years of experience in Supplier Risk Management and/Vendor Management/ or Third- Party Risk Management
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a complex Supplier Risk Management or Vendor Management program
- CRISC, CISA, CISM, as well as additional IT certifications preferred
