My client is a leading edible oils & fats business. They are currently seeking for a experienced Head of Sales (Dairy). You will be part of a rapidly growing and dynamic business, managing a strong team and focusing on Malaysia's local sales distribution, in their dairy products (e.g. condensed milk, evaporated milk etc.).
Head of Sales (Dairy)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the execution of segment strategies in Malaysia and that include sales strategy & execution, develop and coach commercial team, grow existing business of segments and customer insight development.
- Drive and set up sales execution strategy by translating segment plans into clear regional strategy-into-action
- Drive key account approach and management of top key customers & distributors in Malaysia
- Manage the Dairy local team, coaching commercial team in value added selling approaches and customised solutions
- Accelerate existing dairy business in Malaysia
- Harmonise distribution network and align the distributor(s) with the business group strategy
- Drive performance of budget numbers, sales excellence
Requirements
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Sales with at least 5 years leading sales and commercial teams in related B2B industries
- Successful track record of holding a leadership position
- In-depth knowledge of dairy distributor market and sales
- Exceptional influencing skill and has the organisational sensitivity
- Able to thrive in a fast and dynamic environment
