Responsibilities:
* Develop and refine people strategy within the group
* Cultivate and maintain talents for the firm
* Design all HR functions for the Group including talent management, compensation and employee benefits, training and development, compliance, and workplace safety
Qualifications/attributes:
* 8-15 years of experience in HR functions with Finance Industry/Commercial firms/Real Estate Industry
* Open to new business ideas and can grow with the firm
* Passion for people management and development
