Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the fixed income across both flow and structured products.
- Build out and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients across the Greater China Region.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the fixed income market, including trends, products, and pricing.
- Collaborate with the trading desk and research teams to provide clients with market insights, ideas, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Mandatory Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in fixed income sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Experience in covering structured products.
- Existing and strong relationships with clients across Greater China.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
