We are currently representing an independent real estate investment and asset management firm who are focused on the Real Estate market in both the UK and Germany.
They are looking to add a Asset Manager to focus on their Logistics Assets in Germany.
The Candidate
- Must speak fluent German and English
- Must have prior experience covering Logistics in the German Markets
- Excellent Academic Rapport
- Experienced on Excel, PowerPoint and report writing/material preparation
- Ability to work in a small but growing team with a real vision for future growth and becoming a key asset to a firm
The Role
- Manage clients real estate investments in Logistics, across continental Europe, particularly on Germany
- Build and maintain relationships with property managers, leasing agents and intermediary services in the target markets
- Conduct investment research on behalf of clients and keep up to date with market news, commentary and analysis
- Conduct real estate modelling and utilise excel and internal software to produce reports and analysis material where required
