Responsibilities for the FP&A Analyst, Leading MNC
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
- Support the financial planning process by providing accurate and timely financial information to senior management.
- Participate in the development of business plans, strategic initiatives, and investment opportunities.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within the FP&A function.
Requirements for the FP&A Analyst, Leading MNC
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a multinational corporation or a Big Four accounting firm.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex financial models and data sets.
- Proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
