Responsibility:
- Be responsible for Key Accounts in Food Service Channel by exploiting resources from current products like Edible Nuts, Spices, Coca, Coffee, Dairy etc
- Develop and implement company strategic growth plan with good performance in Food Service area
- Accountable for sales performance, strategies and tactics in coordination with related products department and finance team for the assigned customer portfolio
- Annual sales strategy set up and implement in food service channel including a strong and proven pull strategy with strong metrics to reach more end users
- Set up and lead Food Service department on distributor and chain customers development and management.
- Developing promotion activity within foods service channel to achieve sales target
- Collect products information from competitors, timely feedback on market dynamics and propose to the company according to market dynamics
- Help to constantly improve consumer purchase experience through understanding product, flavour, quality and market volatile, improving customer service
- Align and develop internal resources to grow overall key accounts relationships
Qualification:
- Minimum 10 years working experiences in food industry and focus on Food Service area and at least 5 years Senior management experience is a must.
- Strong analytic and data skills, ability to think and act both strategically and tactically from developing strategic plans, working with large amount of data, to applying metrics to test hypotheses, develop insights and quantity results.
- Good financial and business acumen, with understanding of impact on business.
- Effective communication skills (Fluent Mandarin and English)
