Our client is a growing external asset management firm who is looking for Compliance Officer, this person will be report directly to COO
Job Description
- Develop and review compliance policies & procedures
- Provide compliance advisory on regulatory updates and internal policies
- Perform periodic compliance monitoring and reviewing on various business activities
- Responsible for regular compliance reporting
- Assist in the AML compliance review, review AML and CFT policy for on going CDD review
Job Requirement
- Degree or above with major in finance or related disciplines
- At least 4 years of relevant compliance experience in asset management, external asset management, or consultancy
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills
- Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese
