Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for origination and execution of ECM transactions, especially convertible bonds related
- Initiate business plans and develop pitch books to support the team in business developments
- Responsible for internal documents approval
- Build and maintain relationship with clients
- Provide expertise in convertible bond products
Requirements:
- Solid experience in capital markets especially convertible bond products
- Strong degree in financial related disciplines
- Proactive personality with strong initiatives
- Fluent Mandarin and English, proficiency in Cantonese is preferred
