Responsibilities:
- Oversee risk management of the company;
- Set up risk control system, implement risk management workflow and policies and design relevant guidelines and workflow for risk management;
- Supervise the risk control team members to operate the risk control function for all types of business of the company;
- Manage and review the operation of various departments regularly and conduct related risk assessment and set up control measures;
- Assess and issue related report for investment projects;
- Organize pre-approval, risk control in the meantime and post checking, issue risk warning and assessment reports;
- Issue periodic reports for risk management for addressing risk issue, assessing risk level, analyzing risk nature and impact and provide solution
Requirement:
- Master Degree holder or above, at least 8 year experience of risk management experience in financial industry;
- Good supervisory skills on risk management;
- Good knowledge in risk management, data analysis;
- Good understanding of regulatory environments in Hong Kong;
- Good understanding of risk control and able to work independently;
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills / sound knowledge in risk management, risk analysis and project management;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese as well as fluency in Putonghua
