The Role:
- Primarily on driving adoption, integration and expansion of the products into the daily work flow for the end-users.
- On-boarding clients, ensure client satisfaction with products and the services
- Seek and explore up-selling and cross-selling business opportunities with existing clients
- establish deep relationships with key account stakeholders to advise strategy to assist clients as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- University Graduate in any related discipline
- 2-5 years of client services and/or account management experiences, pre-sales, or trading role in financial institutions or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of & experiences in FX trading space will be an ADVANTAGE
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
