Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory compliance and reporting in Singapore
- Investor AML/KYC
- Maintaining effective internal controls and internal audit function
- Projects as assigned from time to time
- Working knowledge fund management and securities laws, regulations, directives and expectations
- Knowledge of the financial instruments and investment compliance risks and processes
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Singapore financial crime legislation and regulatory expectations
- Experience liaising with regulators (MAS and SGX) on full range of compliance matters
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work with minimal guidance
