Our client a leading Insurance provider based in Luxembourg is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to join their growing team in Luxembourg.
Responsibilities
Compliance:
*Ensure the company fulfills Solvency II defined tasks within the compliance area.
*Ensure implementation of a Compliance Management System
*Ensure integration of antitrust Law Compliance and training of the relevant staff.
*Support the Risk & Compliance Officer.
*Draft, implement, monitor and update compliance-related guidelines
*Advise divisional units on their compliance obligations (data protection, fraud, financial sanctions, etc.)
*Prepare compliance reports, overviews and statistics for the management board.
*Train employees on compliance risks
*Deal with regulatory enquiries, proceedings, reporting and notifications
*Have an understanding of risk related topics in the context of business activities in the company where necessary
Profile
*University degree in law, economics or finance-related fields
*3-5 years of relevant compliance experience
*Excellent analytical and communication skills
*Highly motivated and enjoy working in an intercultural environment
*Strong team player, dynamic and resilient with the ability to work independently.
*Fluency in English and French, written and spoken. Other languages would be a distinct benefit.
